Tremaine’s motto is “I make the DIFFERENCE!” in every new venture she takes on. She strongly believes that hard work and perseverance are two steps you need to take to reach your goals; big or small. Tremaine’s former position as a catastrophe claims adjuster gave her 10 years of experience in assisting people in stressful situations. From the experience working the aftermath of the World Trade Center attack and Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans, she has learned key skills needed to help people in dire situations. This experience taught her how to accept that which she cannot control and also an extreme level of patience. It is where she learned to negotiate and counsel others and that she works well in high pressure situations.
From viewing the lofts and co-ops in New York City to the French Colonial architecture of the homes in New Orleans, Tremaine’s interest in real estate grew. As a realtor with Baird & Warner, and her knowledge of real estate in the Chicago land area she is well equipped to help many families turn their dream home into a reality.
Tremaine currently lives in Plainfield and is a lifelong Chicago area resident. Tremaine is an alumni of Illinois Wesleyan University. When she’s not working with buyers or sellers, she’s entertaining her four year old son. She enjoys shopping, traveling and going to the YMCA for Zumba classes.
